Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was truly an experience. The rooms were beautifully designed with exposed brick and beams on the ceiling, offering a spacious and comfortable stay. However, it was a bit pricey due to our visit coinciding with the Jass Festival weekend at the Herman House rooms.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quiet on the 4th floor despite the surrounding Mardi Gras noise, but they were small and a bit outdated. The staff seemed a bit reserved, and there was only a small elevator which caused some inconvenience.
The hotel is ideally located just a couple of blocks off Bourbon Street, offering a quieter stay while being close to all the New Orleans attractions. The service was outstanding, from the front desk to the bar tenders, despite some issues with communication. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with individual thermostats for a pleasant stay. However, the dining options were lacking, although the provided bagels, juice, and coffee were good.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but outdated. The breakfast options were limited, and the dining area needs improvement. The service was pleasant, with kind and professional staff. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many attractions. The facilities were well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were ready beforehand, but unfortunately, they were outdated and the breakfast options were disappointing. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, and the service was helpful and professional. The location was great for accessing Bourbon Street without being too noisy. However, the dining options were minimal, and the breakfast area wasn't inviting.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the action but quiet at night. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although being next to the laundry room was a bit noisy. The service was great, especially David at the front desk, but the breakfast selection was quite limited.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms for group gatherings but lacks views. The service is exceptional, especially Richard who went above and beyond to assist us. The location is prime, close to Bourbon Street but peaceful at night. Dining was under expectations with ongoing renovations. The facilities provided met our basic needs.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but unfortunately, my balcony overlooked the internal parking lot, limiting my ability to open the windows and enjoy fresh air. On top of that, the late-night noise from other guests partying outside was quite a disturbance. However, the bed was cozy and the large screen TV added convenience. The location was convenient for exploring Bourbon St
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was super clean and overlooked a nice courtyard, but the noise from other guests partying till 1am was a major downside. The service was friendly and fun, although a bit snooty during check-in. The location was perfect, just off Bourbon Street but still quiet for a good night's sleep. The dining options were basic but served as a quick bite for breakfast. Overall, it was worth the price considering the central location.
