Our stay at the hotel was truly an experience. The rooms were beautifully designed with exposed brick and beams on the ceiling, offering a spacious and comfortable stay. However, it was a bit pricey due to our visit coinciding with the Jass Festival weekend at the Herman House rooms.

Service

The service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a balcony on Dauphine Street. Richard was especially kind and helpful. The only letdown was the very limited breakfast selection.
Location

The location couldn't have been better. Right in the French Quarter, just a street away from Bourbon St, it was excellent. Close enough to all the action but without the noise. We were within walking distance to telephone company, Bourbon, and other attractions, just like other places we've stayed.
Dining

The dining experience was excellent overall, though slightly lacking during our visit due to ongoing renovations. The selection was not as extensive for breakfast as we hoped, but still satisfactory. The homemade sausages were a nice touch.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but unfortunately, my balcony overlooked the internal parking lot, limiting my ability to open the windows and enjoy fresh air. On top of that, the late-night noise from other guests partying outside was quite a disturbance. However, the bed was cozy and the large screen TV added convenience. The location was convenient for exploring Bourbon St

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was super clean and overlooked a nice courtyard, but the noise from other guests partying till 1am was a major downside. The service was friendly and fun, although a bit snooty during check-in. The location was perfect, just off Bourbon Street but still quiet for a good night's sleep. The dining options were basic but served as a quick bite for breakfast. Overall, it was worth the price considering the central location.
